For this error
Alert: Could Not Start Vps, Reason: vzquota : (warning) Incorrect quota shutdown for id
you need to login to the server (main server) over ssh
and run
vzquota off <VPSID>
where vpsid is the number of the vps, you can get this from the hypervm
Then start the vps again.
