In order to send emails from its own email server you need to:
- install a email server if you don't have one or if you are not using a control panel.
- is recommended to have a valid PTR (RDNS) for your IP with a valid hostname, this need to be requested over a ticket.
- configure and create the email user account that you will use to send the email.
- configure your email client like outlook, with the new created user and your server info.
- send the email.
